Adventure Connections and Off The Beaten Track WA have teamed up to provide a low fee Meditation Hike for R U OK Day and World Suicide Prevention Day.
The purpose of the Meditation Hike is to promote R U OK Day and raise awareness of the importance of asking the question, if you think someone maybe struggling. We will encourage our walkers to have conversations along the trails and ensure that this is done in a safe and supportive manner. We will demonstrate how to start the conversation with the R U OK 4 simple steps.
