Strong Teens – Girls
STRONG Teens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help both boys and girls build confidence, self esteem and resilience. This term program includes 1.5 hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components
STRONG Body – Movement
STRONG Mind – Mindset
STRONG Heart – Mindfulness.
Each weekly session focuses on a specific topic and includes 30 minutes of Movement, 30 minutes of Mindset and 30 minutes of Mindfulness. Each weekly session has a strong focus on connection, belonging, kindness, support and relationship building. This program offers new topics and activities each term and can be enjoyed as a once off experience or as a continual program over ongoing terms.

- How to create a positive body image and strong sense of self
- How to Understand Emotional Intelligence
- How to Boost Confidence & Improve Self Esteem
- How to Build Resilience & Inner Strength
- How to Manage Friendships & Create Healthy Boundaries
- How to use Mindfulness & Stress Management Techniques
- How to Understand Values, Motivation & Goals
- The Importance of Health, Wellness & Self Care
