Strong Tweens – Girls
STRONG Tweens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help boys and girls build confidence and resilience. STRONG Tweens is a term based program with 1.5 hour classes each week. Each class includes all three Standing Strong components
STRONG Body – Movement
STRONG Mind – Mindset
STRONG Heart – Mindfulness.
Each weekly session focuses on a specific topic and includes 30 minutes of Movement, 30 minutes of Mindset and 30 minutes of Mindfulness. Each weekly session has a strong focus on connection, belonging, kindness, support and relationship building. This program offers new topics and activities each term and can be enjoyed as a once off experience or as a continual program over ongoing terms.

- How to create a positive body image and strong sense of self
- How to Understand Emotional Intelligence
- How to Boost Confidence & Improve Self Esteem
- How to Build Resilience & Inner Strength
- How to Manage Friendships & Create Healthy Boundaries
- How to use Mindfulness & Stress Management Techniques
- How to Understand Values, Motivation & Goals
- The Importance of Health, Wellness & Self Care
