Official Launch of the Wiilman Bilya Trail

On September the 9th, we were invited to the official ribbon cutting ceremony of the Wiilman Bilya Trail at the Kaniyang Wiilman Bridge, located on Scenic Drive, Collie. The trail is named after the Wiilman people and ‘Bilya’ the Noongar word for river. The Wiilman Bilya is a dedicated walking trail stretching 87 km in a loop that starts and finishes in the town of Collie. It combines sealed dual use paths with a mix of dedicated single track forest trails and minor vehicle tracks.

The Wiilman Bilya Trail is a Class 4 walking trail which can be completed in five days and four nights.

The map can be purchased from the Collie Visitor Centre and proceeds go towards trail maintenance and management.

We can’t wait to provide some tours on this very special trail. Explore the latest Wambenger Trail with us this October.
